Large lounge includes two comfortable sofas. The room has a 32" colour TV, DVD Player, video with a selection of DVD's, videos and books. Formal dining area to rear of room. Fully equipped kitchen with casual dining area.  Large screened patio area with table and chairs over-looking conservation area. First floor has a large lounge with queen-sized sofa- sleeper. 

Master Bedroom
King size bed fitted with twin bedside cabinets, walk in clothes storage closet. The en-suite bathroom includes a large walk in shower, large bath wc and vanity unit. 

Second Bedroom
Queen size bed  bedside cabinet with chest of drawers, clothes storage closet.

Third Bedroom
With double bed and a twin bed. Chest of drawers and clothes storage closet.

Fourth Bedroom
With two twin beds, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers

Family Bathroom
Comprises bath/ shower, vanity unit and WC.

Pets NOT allowed, No Smoking.
